Request an Appointment at Center for Wellness in Greenwood Village, CO

Please note that you are only requesting an appointment. We will notify you to confirm & schedule your appointment. Please allow at least 24 hours for us to contact you.

We are now open on most Saturdays from 9am – 1pm for Wellness Consultations and Wellness Procedures.  Payment for procedures or a deposit will be collected at time of scheduling. 

Any appointment cancelations, reschedules and no shows made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee of $50, scheduled procedures will incur a cancellation fee of $150.
